Currently we don’t have a fixed yearly pricelist. The big advantage is that we don’t have to use a safety margin for increased production cost during the year.
Our prices are constantly updated in function of current production volumes and raw material costs. This means if larger batches are being produced, all customer can benefit from the economies of scale.

We will then respond with a quotation based on the requested quantities.
Our quantity pricing is typically based on the following quantities:

• 1-49pcs
• 50-99pcs
• 100-249pcs
• 250-499pcs
• …

If you send us your request, we will typically add the different quantity pricing to the offer (smaller and bigger quantities than your request).
This way you can decide to raise or lower the quantity you will finally order.

2. We reply by sending you a pro forma invoice / order confirmation with our bank details for wire transfer and a link for card payment (if you prefer).
3. You wire the money over with wire transfer (all charges on your account) or pay by card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)
4. Generally we receive the payment in 1-3 working days for an international wire transfer; with card payment we receive it immediately.
5. Once payment is received, we make the shipment of your order and you’ll receive a tracking number from the shipping company.

We do ship to all European countries.

These are the shipping options

1. DAP incoterms: we add the shipping cost to the invoice and ship using our preferred shipping partner FedEx / TNT.
   • standard / economy shipping cost will be indicated on the offer aswell as an indication of the transit time
   • express shipping options are also possible and are quoted on request
   • When using DAP incoterms, the shipping cost that we quote to you includes insurance.
     This way you don’t have to worry if your shipment would get lost or damaged during transport.
2. EX WORKS incoterms: we ship using your preferred shipping partner which invoices the shipping cost directly to you.
   You can provide us your account number of FedEx, TNT, UPS or DHL and we book the shipping.
   You can also choose to arrange pickup yourself.

We do ship to countries outside of Europe.

We are regularly shipping to customers in the USA, Australia, Japan, UAE…

Both shipping options don’t include customs or other taxes. These are always to be paid / reclaimed by the recipient.

We avoid selling and shipping to countries where there are EU restrictive measures against: Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Syria…

We accept the major cards.

These are the cards we accept for making payments to us.

Is there an extra cost for paying with these cards?

• for european customers, we have to add 2% to cover for the transaction fees
• for non-european customers, we have to add 3% to cover for the transaction fees

This extra cost will be added to the final invoice.

On the receipt and the summary of your payments, you will see “KL-PROJECTS – BELGIUM”.
